We work to a set of principles that separate us from the general recruitment market – these include:

  • We are selective in terms of who we work with - clients need to represent the type of workplace we are comfortable promoting and equally, candidates must have the adequate skills and experience to meet our client’s needs.

  • Our view is that clients pay us for our expertise and ability to save them time and headaches - not to “throw” candidates at them hoping they will stick.  This approach ensures we ethically represent candidates and clients and we strictly adhere to The National Privacy Principles which means we never send candidate details without their express permission, nor without meeting with them in person to provide a comprehensive overview of the position, company & culture. 

  • We always avoid conflicts of interests and never approach candidates from our own clients.

  • We run a referral based business - our work comes to us through clients, consultants, candidates and like-minded individuals who like what we do
