Welcome to Porter Consulting Group's website. We are proud to be a privately owned, boutique Australian company with our head office located in Perth, Western Australia.
We have developed unique service offerings which comprise of two core divisions. Firstly, our well respected recruitment arm assists many companies and job seekers throughout Australia; and secondly, our human resources division provides tailored human resources solutions to small and medium sized businesses.
Our recruitment and selection division service local and national organisations in the professional services sector specialising in the legal, IT and finance industries. We recruit staff across all levels of an organisation from support staff, to middle management, to executive level. We also have a dedicated executive search division which manages the senior recruitment briefs for all our clients.
Our human resources division provides consulting services to small and medium businesses operating in the white collar sector. Our HR services include writing and implementing tailored policies and procedures, developing job design and remuneration frameworks, employment agreements, developing and facilitating induction programs and performance management tools.
As a boutique consultancy, we aim to work with a select portfolio of clients only, which means we take the time to service all our clients' needs. This approach ensures we get to know our clients' business intimately and work hard to service their requirements, often providing solutions outside the square. Our focus on retention of business means we enjoy many exclusive relationships with our clients, which in turn results in repeat business and many referral based opportunities.
