Collecting Personal Information

Personal Information is any information or an opinion about you (whether true or not) from which PCG can determine your identity. We only collect personal information that is necessary to deliver our services, including recruiting and consulting, or that is required for administration, factoring (contract billing), billing and networking.

PCG collects personal information about you when you deal with us in person, by telephone, letter, fax or email; supply a resume; complete an application form or submit any other information in connection with your application for registration or for employment of staff. This information can include your first and last name, street address, phone/fax numbers, email addresses, tax file number, banking details, working visa details, opinions and other information that could be used to provide you or your business our recruitment or consulting services. PCG will only collect, use or disclose sensitive information about you in accordance with the law. In most cases, PCG will only collect, use or disclose sensitive information where it has received your consent.

PCG takes every precaution to ensure that access to personal information is restricted to those staff members and third parties with a business need to see it and once personal details are no longer required, that these details are appropriately destroyed or permanently de-identified.

If an individual indicates they do not want to receive further direct marketing or be contacted for marketing purposes by phone, fax, email, letter or in person, PCG has an effective system in place to record those requests and will action these as appropriate.

Keeping Information Accurate, Complete and Up-to-Date
