Our human resources consulting services are provided on either a retained or discrete basis and are often tailored to suit the client's specific requirements. The following provides an indication of the types of services that can be provided under these structures.

Retained consultation and support

Our retained services are charged on a monthly basis (for a minimum period of 6-months), and is determined by the size of the business we will be supporting. The "Updates" or "Facilitation and Advice" packages outlined below can be purchased separately or together as a reduced package, depending upon your requirements.

Updates

The updates package provides you with ongoing peace of mind and enables us to undertake the following updates for your business:

• Employment agreements and position descriptions for new staff.
• Variations to employment agreements for current staff.
• Annual updates of market remuneration data.
• Annual updates to performance management tools.
• Employee relations toolkit updates reflecting legislative and best practice changes.
• Bi-annual reporting on exit interview data.

Facilitation and Advice

The facilitation and advice package provides your business with the opportunity to "outsource" some of those time-consuming and onerous tasks often involved with employment and staff-related issues. We can also facilitate certain activities for those employers who may wish to separate themselves from some of the difficult issues that can sometimes arise, particularly if dealing with under performing staff members. Some of these services can include:

• Facilitating induction programs for new staff.
• Providing procedural advice on dealing with performance issues, grievances, bullying claims, harassment claims, workplace injuries, and queries/issues not readily addressed by policy.
• Facilitating performance review meetings with underperforming staff, performance counselling meetings, redundancy meetings and termination meetings.
• Conducting exit interviews with departing staff.

Discrete consultation and support

Our discrete consultation and support is provided on an hourly charge basis. This can be useful for businesses who may wish to engage us for small issues or projects, or for support and advice on an issue they may not be familiar with.
