Clare joined Porter Consulting Group in 2008, from a large recruitment agency in Perth. During her time there, Clare ran a successful Office Support Temp desk and then 'jumped the fence' to build and develop a new temp desk within Professional Support Temp Desk. Clare gained a sound knowledge of recruiting for a wide variety of temp roles from Administrative to Accounting Support, across a breadth of sectors including Healthcare, Mining & Resources, Industrial, Consumer, Finance and Government.
Clare prides herself on her high level of candidate service and indepth insight into her clients business needs, wants and expectations.
Prior to arriving in Perth in 2007, Clare ran her own Hotel Representation business in the UK, with responsibility for the Sales, Marketing and PR for a group of 19 hotels in the Caribbean.
As head of the Temp Division for Porter Consulting Group, Clare is responsible for managing the temporary recruitment of all Office Support staff including, legal secretaries, bookkeepers, PA's, corporate receptionists, administration staff and HR professionals.
Her focus moving forward is to develop new business opportunities and marketing for the division to increase Porter's market share of the Perth temp pool.
