Helen Burge

Consultant - Temporary Placements

Helen is responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities for Porter's, with a particular focus on the temporary recruitment services market. Helen also maintains a hands-on role in the business providing consultant support for roles including office juniors, data entry clerks, administrators, WPO's, receptionists, secretaries, PA's, EA's, office managers and general accounts.

Helen has more than 8 years experience as a Legal Secretary with a magic circle law firm in London, where she covered a variety of roles including float secretary and Personal Assistant to the Partner of the Commercial Litigation division.

First joining Porter Consulting Group in March 2003, and re-joining in 2007 following a break to raise her young family, Helen was a member of the original Porter's team responsible for the initial development of the Group's strong and loyal client base, particularly within the legal and business support divisions.

Helen has a naturally empathetic and practical nature coupled with a depth of experience and knowledge of her field. She builds strong rapport with individuals and places great emphasis on achieving 'best fit' results by matching the needs of the candidate and client.
