Joanne has an extensive background in corporate and legal recruitment and has worked with one of Australia's largest private practice legal agencies where she was involved in the inception of a new legal support division for the company. In this role, Joanne held the position of Manager, where she was responsible for recruiting for a number of key corporate clients as well as managing the division and a small team of consultants.
Joanne has over 10 years legal experience and has worked in the human resource departments of mid size and top tier professional service firms. Joanne joined Porter Consulting Group in mid 2005 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and was responsible for forming the foundations of our successful finance division at Porter Consulting Group.
After relocating back to her home town of Sydney in 2006 and keeping up with the pace of raising a young family, Joanne is now the Team Mentor under our internal Mentoring Program. Joanne performs a pivotal role with our retention practices and works closely with new consultants who join the Porter's team by independently guiding them through their first 6 to 12 months in the business.
