Nikki is responsible for attracting and recruiting legal support staff such as service clerks, filing clerks, receptionists, junior administrators through to paralegals and legal secretaries. Nikki is also responsible for our expansion into the property and settlements industries, which aligns well with our existing legal knowledge and market understanding.
Nikki joined Porter Consulting Group in March 2006 and spent her first twelve months working as a Para-Consultant and providing general administrative support services to the Porter's team. This period of time provided Nikki with an intimate understanding of the back office functions within a consulting firm and formed the foundations for her success in her current role.
Nikki spent the majority of her childhood living in Indonesia and travelling the world extensively with her family. She has had a wide exposure to the corporate, political and economical world and has received an exceptional education at St Hilda's Anglican Girls School in Perth. Nikki completed her Foundations of Human Resources Course in 2007 through the Australian Human Resources Institute and commenced her Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resource Management) with Curtin University of Technology in July 2008.
Nikki incorporates her recruitment knowledge and global experience, together with an open-minded, professional and warm approach to her clients, candidates and colleagues.
