Samantha joined the Legal Division at Porter Consulting Group in October 2008. Having relocated from the USA, Samantha took a role as a Para consultant for a boutique agency in Perth where she held responsibility for sourcing temp and perm candidates across all industry sectors. Samantha prides herself on having an in depth knowledge of the process of attracting and recruiting outstanding office support candidates.
Prior to this, Samantha's role as assistant to the Hr Manager of a prestigious children's camp in the States saw her develop her recruiting skills, with the successful hiring of 150 camp counsellors.
Samantha prides herself on her insight and understanding of clients needs and provision of the highest standard of client and candidate service. She will further hone these skills at Porter's alongside Division Manager, Bernice Henderson and fellow consultant Nikki Heyder, through sourcing and recruiting legal support staff - clerks, receptionists, administrators and legal secretaries.
