Shannon joined the Porter's Temp Team in December 2007 for greater challenges after leaving her previous role as National Retail Liaison for a large retail company supporting General Managers and stores, where she had been for nearly 11 years.
After 6 week's temping with us we couldn't let her go and she commenced full time employment in January 2008. Shannon's background in administration and senior support roles, as well as her customer and client service experience, made her the obvious choice for our newly created People & Marketing Coordinator.
Shannon is responsible for providing vital support to all of our consultants in the administrative functions of the office, including database management, coordinating marketing literature, initiatives and functions, as well as providing bookkeeping support to our Office Manager.
Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts (Art) from Curtin University of Technology and has a great passion for art, design and decorating. Her current major projects include planning her wedding (and European honeymoon!) for September 2008 and building her next home.
