Our approach is to work with a select portfolio of clients and we encourage our Consultants to develop close working relationships with their clients and focus on retention of business. If you wish to engage us on an exclusive basis, please speak with one of our Consultants about an exclusive fee arrangement.
Our standard recruitment fees are charged upon successful placement of a candidate with the employing entity and are calculated as a percentage of the candidate's first year's total remuneration package (which includes base salary and compulsory superannuation contribution). For permanent part-time roles or fixed-term contracts of less than one year our fee is calculated by reference to the equivalent full-time, full-year remuneration package and then adjusted pro-rata.

All such requests will be issued to our Managing Director for response.
Where we are engaged to undertake executive search services (ie, head hunting) in order to search and recruit for a senior/executive vacancy, set fees will apply in accordance with a sliding fee scale.
Executive search assignments are carried out on a retainer basis only with one third (33.3%) of the agreed fee to be paid upon commencement of assignment; one third on presentation of a shortlist and the remaining one third when the successful candidate commences employment.
