Our recruitment methodology was devised to reflect our thorough approach to our profession and to the recruitment process. Our unique 30-Step Recruitment Methodology was developed to ensure a consistent approach is adopted and applied in our day-to-day recruitment activities.

We pride ourselves on finding the ideal candidates that best fit your requirements and culture. We don't send an endless amount of resumes with inappropriate candidates in a hit and miss approach. We believe in only sourcing the finest quality candidates that best match your needs which ensures we don't waste your time with unsuitable candidates. Our reputation for delivering quality and thoroughly screened candidates means we enjoy a low candidate to filled position ratio in the market. As a result however, there may be times where we refer fewer candidates to you, but you should find the candidates we do submit are more likely a better fit.

Our recruitment methodology outlines all 30-steps in our recruitment process from taking the initial brief from the client; ascertaining core competencies for the position; thorough screening of applicants; behavioural interviewing; background checking; ensuring candidates are thoroughly briefed on the role; salary negotiations - all the way through to final stages of completion and follow up.

By applying a consistent and methodical approach to our recruitment process and thoroughly screening and assessing our candidates we are then able to make informed decisions and recommendations that best suit your needs. In order to do this to the best of our abilities, we prefer to get to know and understand your business, its culture and the reasons why your team is unique.
