Initial Consultation

Next, we’ll have an initial consultation where we’ll discuss the details of your project and your requirements.

Review Our Proposal

Once we have reviewed your required scope of service and project brief in detail, we’ll create a fee proposal and present this to you, along with a contract of engagement.

Project Assessment Commences

Once we receive our signed engagement, we’ll proceed by reviewing the drawings and your documentation. Then we’ll issue a compliance report, complete with comprehensive marked-up drawings or information requests. As the design documentation progresses, we continue with our assessment.

Building Permit Issued

Next, we will collate all the relevant information and issue the building development approval for works to commence on site.

Building Commences on Site

Once works commence on site, we will liaise with and support your builder with any construction issues and respond to any requests for information.

Building Inspections Commence

In this step, we will conduct key and targeted building inspections during the construction process and once the building reaches substantial completion.

Final Sign-Off and Completion

Finally, after the successful completion of the required inspections and once we have received all evidence of suitability documentation, we will provide you and your team a certificate of occupancy or final certificate to finalise the project.

At each stage of the process, you’ll liaise with the same point of contact at our company to ensure consistency and help projects run as efficiently as possible.
